The USPS policy for lost packages involves first waiting until mail is considered "missing" (usually 15+ days for packages), submitting a Missing Mail search request, and if needed, filing an insurance claim within 60 days for insured items for reimbursement of item value/shipping costs; with refunds usually coming from the seller if it's ultimately lost.

No refunds will be given until USPS makes a final decision on the package in question.

once a decision has been made On the hook tackle Will send the items from the original order (No substitutions) a replacement order will require a signature upon delivery.

Most items are returnable. As long as the product is in its original packaging and is unused.

Returns must be postmarked 15 days after you receive the items.

All custom orders are NOT returnable.
